Advice for Honors Thesis Writers

Rose Graves graduated with Highest Distinction in 2020 with a BS in Statistics and minors in French Studies and Mathematics.  For the past two years, she has been an analyst for the Houston Astros and will begin doctoral studies in Statistics at Rice University in Fall 2022.  In looking back at her thesis research on Corrupted Data and the Illicit Arms Trade, she said the experience she gained in coding and critical thinking not only helped her in her analyst position but also in deciding that research was something she wanted to continue at the graduate level. Rose shared her advice for thesis writers in this video.
