XuanLong Nguyen

I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at Duke University's Department of Statistical Science. I received my MA degree in Statistics and PhD in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 2007. I will join the Department of Statistics, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor as an Assistant Professor in Fall 2009. I am interested in statistical modeling, machine learning, and optimization methods for richly structured data and complex/distributed systems.
