Lynn Lin

Welcome to My Homepage!

I am currently a postdoctoral fellow at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, since August 2012. My research interests include the intersection of Bayesian statistics and machine learning, statistical methods and computation, with an emphasis on analyzing large, massive data set and Bayesian hypothesis testing.

I completed my PhD from the Department of Statistical Science at Duke University in July 2012, under the supervision of Prof. Mike West. My PhD thesis was on Bayesian variable selection in clustering and hierarchical mixture modeling.
