My marathon training schedule

Taken mainly from Hal Higdon. This was my training schedule for the 2007 Grandma's marathon. I ended up getting injured, not from the marathon training, but from a stupid rock climbing injury. Therefore the last half of April and the first half of May did not go according to schedule. My long run ended being 18 miles. Still I had a very enjoyable marathon running at a relatively easy pace, but still finishing under four hours.
