Running

I have started running more the last couple of years - though I would not call myself a "runner". (Hence the classification as a "hobby.") It is a great way to explore new places.

I am an avid indoor cycler - though I don't get outdoors as much as I should.

I also love backpacking, with my favorite California spots being the Lost Coast, Grouse Ridge in Tahoe National Forest (Hiking Trails - - Pictures), and Yosemite's Hetch Hetchy Valley and John Muir Trail . While at Sonoma State, I lead backpacking and hiking trips through Outdoor Pursuits.

Movies
