Welcome to my homepage. I am a fourth year Ph.D. student in the Department of Statistical Science at Duke University. My research interests include sparse Bayesian factor models, high-dimensional contingency tables and non-parametrtic Bayes methods. I am currently working with my advisor Professor David B. Dunson on semiparametric Bayesian factor models for high-dimensional datasets. Before coming to Duke, I studied at the Indian Statistical Institute in Kolkata, India from 2003 to 2008. I received a Bachelors degree in Statistics in 2006 and obtained a Masters degree in Statistics in 2008 specializing in Mathematical Statistics and Probability.
