For Mac OS and Linux users:
Sometimes the CellTracer widnow does not show up complemetely. To fix this problem:
1). Launch Matlab;
2). type guide CellTracer.fig in Matlab command window;
3). resize the CellTracer window and save it;
4). launch CellTracer normally.
